1. Purchase Terms and Conditions
1.1 Images of Product(s) on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Photographs displayed in our website are taken from the actual product(s) and/or from other resources. We take great care to present our product(s) on our website as accurately as possible. Please note that the actual colors of the product(s) and the color shown may be different as color may vary due to monitor resolution/settings and the lighting effect.
1.2 The description of the goods, services, price, currency and delivery costs are set out on the order page. Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing and delivery information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and product(s) may be miss priced. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customer.
1.3 Please check the description, measurement and price before placing an order. Dimension & weight stated are estimated and it might be slightly difference from the actual product(s). The handling time is the number of business days which we will take to courier the product(s) after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after it has been deposited into our company account.
1.4 Products shown on our website are based on stock availability and is on the first come first serve basis. We will assume no responsibility on the loss or damages which is incurred due to the unavailability of products.
1.5 We accept orders for product(s) subject to availability. If for any reason the product(s) you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you or email you either offer you an alternative product(s) of equivalent quality and price (if this is possible) or cancel the product(s) from your order and give you a full refund of the product(s) included courier payment (if any) made by you.
Our Shop only accepts payment in Ringgit Malaysia (“RM”) for all product(s) and services. All payments must be duly completed before delivery.

c) Payment Gateways
Support majority of the banks and credit cards in Malaysia. It will be accepted once credit card authorization has been confirmed. To protect our customers from fraudulent credit card use, all orders are subject to security screening and if any irregularities are found, the order may not be processed.
4. Shipping Information
4.1 The estimated delivery lead time is 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). Your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been verified and confirmed. Calculations of the delivery day is from the date of the payment made and verified, not order date.
Delivery schedule is depending on the area/postcode of delivery. At the present, we only offer shipping services to all states in Malaysia and the shipping charges are as follow:-
West Malaysia - RM8.90 (Skynet Express (M) Sdn Bhd) / RM 6.90 (Poslaju Malaysia)
East Malaysia - RM 14.90 (Skynet Express (M) Sdn Bhd) / RM 11.90 (Poslaju Malaysia)
4.2 Courier Company: Skynet Express (M) Sdn Bhd & Poslaju Malaysia
4.3 You may track your order by sending us email or call us for assistant (Admin 010-268 7826) by stating your Purchase Order Number if you do not received your order within the stipulated time frame.
4.4 Delivery speed is out of our control, it's all depends on the courier crews and postcode area, outskirt/remote places. Any orders placed/paid on late Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will be arranged for delivery of the following Monday. Responsibility will not be accepted occasioned by errors or by delay beyond our control.
4.5 We will not be held responsible for the delays, cancellations and will not refund due to:-
(a) The data supplied by customer is incorrect or inadequate;
(b) Customer gives an undelivered address and contact number;
(c) Parcel is returned due to unclaimed by customer and not collected by customer via 3.courier notification.
If the above causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible for resending the parcel to you. You will have to bear the additional shipping costs for resending the parcel.
Warranty is only applicable against manufacturing defect only. The warranty is valid for 7 days after the order is delivered and/or otherwise stated in our warranty sticker of the product(s) out by us. Kindly provide us the order Number and Prove of Purchase for warranty claim. Product must be returned to us in good condition and with full retail packaging. We shall only deal with the party whom being invoiced.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nirozcomm Affiliate's and it's employees harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against us arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability arising from or relating to your use of this website including the online purchase facility.
